Gift certificates will be e-mailed to the customer and to the recipients e-mail upon completion of payment.  Gift certificates will include your recipients name and a personalized message.  You will find your gift certificate attached to the bottom of the confirmation e-mail.  If you do not receive your gift certificate within 30 minutes of ordering, please contact Rapunzel’s and we will resend with gift certificate within 1 business day.
